Subscription Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Exquisite Hair & Beauty Salon’s Subscription Service. By subscribing to our recurring service plan, you agree to the following terms:
1. Overview
Our subscription gives you access to exclusive salon services on a recurring basis. This service is designed for your convenience and to deliver luxury, value, and priority booking as part of your membership.
2. Payment Terms
Your subscription fee will be charged automatically on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually, based on your plan).
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method until you cancel.
Failed payments may pause your access to services until resolved.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice before your next billing date.
No refunds will be given for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Fair Usage
Our unlimited or recurring services are for personal use only and subject to fair usage. Excessive use may result in review, restriction, or termination of the subscription.
5. Appointment Policy
Please book in advance. Slots are limited and subject to availability.
Missed or late cancelled appointments (under 24 hours’ notice) may be deducted from your plan or incur a fee.
Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges.
6. Service Changes
We may occasionally update our subscription services, pricing, or terms. You’ll receive at least 14 days’ notice for any major changes.
7. Termination Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription for:
- Violating terms of use
- Inappropriate behavior
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of the service
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to events outside our control. We will always aim to communicate any disruptions promptly.
